What is Orchard Adoption?

By adopting a ReTreeUS orchard, your business directly supports a local school orchard, providing the care it needs to thrive. Your support ensures fruit production for the school community while creating an outdoor learning space where students can engage with hands-on lessons beyond the classroom.

How it Works

Choose a school orchard near you.

$2,000 per year funds the care of a school orchard for one year.

 

Minimum commitment of 2 years.

Adoption Benefits Include:

  • Your logo on a prominent entrance sign, boosting visibility near your business.

  • Publicity through regional media.

  • Team volunteer opportunities and workshops.

  • A stipend for a paid orchard caretaker from the school’s staff to maximize the orchard’s fruitful production.

  • School enrollment in our Back to School Garden Program, which provides seedlings for the school garden.

  • Support of local education in agriculture, gardening, and arborist fields.
